Administrative Assistant

Pro rata of £23,151 per annum (i.e. £12,237.30), plus £321 Crawley Weighting Allowance

22.5 hours per week, 38 weeks per year

Are you looking for that perfect term-time, part-time administrative role in the convenient location of central Crawley?

As an Administrative Assistant in our Student Services team, you will undertake a range of administrative duties which support this key team, including:

  1. Dealing with enquiries from staff, students, and parents.
  2. Maintaining diaries and calendars.
  3. UCAS processing.
  4. Supporting with student attendance related activities.
  5. Organising referral meetings.
Overall, the work you do as our Administrative Assistant will play a vital role in ensuring the Student Services team offers the best possible support to our students at Crawley College.

The full working pattern for this role will be discussed at interview and we will be as flexible as possible to work around your other responsibilities, such as childcare.

As our Administrative Assistant, you will have proven administrative, customer service, and organisational skills, as well as experience of working with Microsoft Office.
