Administrative Assistant Q026
Salary - Grade C £25,992 to £27,711
Term: Permanent
Working Hours: Full Time 37 hours per week

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Administrative Assistant to join our Asset Team within the Repairs and Investment Section. Reporting to the Principal Officer - Investment and Programme Delivery, you will support our Capital Investment programme, including work streams such as kitchens, bathrooms, aids and adaptations, and external works.

You will collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure high-quality communication and customer care. Your responsibilities will include maintaining stock condition information, updating databases, raising work orders, and tracking all types of completed works.

The ideal candidate will have experience working independently and in teams, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. A commitment to equal opportunities and the ability to apply this in all situations is essential, along with the capacity to perform duties with reasonable adjustments as per the Equality Act 2010.
