Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to support our legal professionals and gain valuable experience within a reputable law firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and organise client files and legal documents.
  2. Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for solicitors.
  3. Handle incoming calls and correspondence, ensuring effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
  4. Assist in preparing legal documents and correspondence.
  5. Maintain office supplies and ensure the smooth operation of office equipment.

Requirements:

  1. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  4. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  5. Located in or near the Manchester area, with the ability to commute easily to our office at St James' Tower, Charlotte Street.
