Job description

Administrative Assistant/PA – London - Highly competitive salary plus bonus.

We are seeking a proactive individual to support a senior EA and assist with various administrative and PA duties within a high-performing finance firm located in luxurious West End offices.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn and be mentored by experienced professionals. Ideally, candidates will have experience supporting in finance or professional services in an administrative or PA capacity.

The position is based 3 days onsite and 2 days remote, with working hours from 9 am to 6 pm, offering some flexibility. The role requires attention to detail, a team-oriented attitude, and the willingness to handle a wide range of tasks, no matter how small.

You will be part of a supportive team, stepping in where needed to provide key support across various duties.

Key Duties:
  1. Managing diaries for stakeholders, including arranging meetings and travel.
  2. Handling expense reports for MDs and directors.
  3. Acting as a point of contact for internal teams and external clients.
  4. Supporting the European Investment team with administrative tasks such as booking meetings and travel.
  5. Assisting the EA to Partners and supporting overflow tasks, team events, and global scheduling.
  6. Organizing team lunches, dinners, and social events.
  7. Providing front-of-house support for company events and large meetings.
  8. Offering ad hoc administrative support across the business.
