Scope:

This post presents an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to provide administrative support to Mental Health Officer Team. Reporting to a Team Supervisor and working as part of the wider Social Policy Finance and Administrative Support Team the post holder will provide a range of administrative and general clerical activities for the Mental Health Officer Team in Social Policy. The post holder will be based at Torridon House, Livingston.

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Capable of prioritising tasks to meet competing demands
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to deal with confidential and sensitive matters
