Job Description:

We have partnered with a renowned maritime organisation in their search for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their team in London in a newly created role. Overseeing the day to day office administration to support the London team, you will enjoy working on your own initiative and prioritising a changing workload. This will include supporting on HR tasks such as onboarding new employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, managing office services and making travel arrangements. Being well organised, you will lead on in-house and off-site meetings/events, as well as lead on the social committee, CSR and social activities. With previous experience in office administration/facilities management, you will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), strong time management skills and the ability to multitask.

Applicants must have the existing right to live and work in the UK, and those living within commuting distance of London will be prioritised.
