About the role

Pay Details: Grade 5, SCP 8 - 12, £25,992 - £27,711

Hours of Work / Working Pattern: Full time 37 Hours Per Week

Main Place of Work: County Library Barry

Description: To provide administrative support for the Libraries and Cultural Services, including creating and maintaining administrative and purchasing systems and processes.

About you
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in administrative roles
  • Experience in maintaining financial records and systems
  • Experience in preparing reports and submitting claims
  • Experience liaising with internal departments and external suppliers
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Teams
  • Understanding of financial procedures and budget monitoring
  • Awareness of data protection and confidentiality requirements
