Kirkhill Primary School, part of the Broxburn Academy Cluster, seeks an Administrative Assistant to support administrative processes. The role involves providing information to senior staff and managing enquiries. Candidates must undergo a Disclosure Scotland check for working with children.

Kirkhill Primary School is a non-denominational school serving the community of Broxburn. It is part of the Broxburn Academy Cluster. The school roll is currently 248, organised into 11 classes.
The school senior leadership team comprises the Head Teacher, Depute Head Teacher, and a Principal Teacher. The school office is staffed by an administration assistant.

The Administrative Assistant role is to ensure efficient support in the operation of all administrative processes within the school. The role involves assisting senior staff by providing accurate, up-to-date information in various key areas including finance and pupil information, and delivering first-line enquiry service to all internal and external school contacts.
