Job overview
Our service is known for being energetic, vibrant and forward thinking – we just need you to complete the picture. You will be a key member of Hub Admin Service and support other members of the Integrated Discharge Service by providing administrative support to a high standard relating to the Trust’s patient capacity and discharge processes.
You will need to have excellent IT and organisational skills to support the daily work of the service, ensuring referrals are processed in a timely manner and daily information reports to support the Integrated Discharge Service are made available to senior management colleagues in accord with agreed deadlines.

Main duties of the job
Your great office and IT skills will be essential and you’ll need to use your initiative, but you will also have a supportive team around you to help.
You will be expected to communicate with a range of staff and external agencies using a variety of communication methods including, verbal, written, interpersonal and electronic, circulating robust information therefore your strong communication and organisational skills will come into play as you manage your workload and ensure tasks are completed timely and any concerns escalated.
