We're looking for an Administrative Assistant / Team Assistant who’s ready to step into a dynamic, international environment supporting senior professionals with expenses, meeting coordination, international travel, and more. You will play a pivotal role in keeping their day-to-day operations running smoothly.
The firm is seeking candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Team Assistant, or Coordinator within professional services, customer service, high-end hospitality, or events logistics.
You will be client-facing in your communication, highly organized, and a people-oriented assistant seeking the next big step in your career.

12-18 month temporary assignment, with an initial 6-month offer, extendable to 12-18 months, with potential for permanence based on performance.
Full-time, 5 days a week in the office.
Hourly rate of £16 - £18, inclusive of holiday pay.
