As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support to your respective team(s), including coordinating calendars, meetings, expenses, events, presentations, travel, correspondence, and departmental initiatives.
Team Description
We are currently recruiting for a full-time Administrative Assistant to join the Funds & Secondaries team in Private Equity. The Administrative Assistant will report to a Principal, Investments, and will be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support to senior and junior members of the Funds & Secondaries team. Some of the main duties include managing travel, calendars, meetings, expenses, events, presentations, correspondence, and other departmental initiatives.
