Administrative Assistant - French speaker, Egham

This role is with Enterprise Mobility, a family-owned company and global leader in mobility solutions. We are looking for a French-speaking Administrative Assistant to join our Business Support Division, supporting our Citations & Toll Management services across the UK, Ireland, Spain, and France.

Responsibilities include:

  • Handling incoming correspondence
  • Processing traffic violations and penalties
  • Reconciling customer payments
  • Liaising with customers and local councils regarding penalties
  • Problem-solving on outstanding payments
  • Supporting our branch network with information and assistance
  • Managing invoice data entry
  • Reducing PCN payments outside of timeframes and rejected representations

Additional Information:

  • Location: Staines, TW18 4HR
  • Salary: Up to £24,000 + bonus
  • Hours: 40 hours/week, 8am-5pm, Mon-Fri
