Starting salary - £25,583.00

37 Hours per week - Flexible Working

12 Month Maternity cover

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our centralised admin team supporting Property and Compliance functions on a 12-month maternity cover contract.This role is pivotal in providing high-quality administrative support to ensure smooth operations and strict adherence to compliance processes, including managing no access cases and related documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the compliance team in relation to property management functions.
  • Manage and monitor no access cases, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate record-keeping.
  • Maintain and update compliance records and databases with precision.
  • Coordinate communications between compliance teams, property managers, and tenants.
  • Assist with scheduling inspections, audits, and compliance checks.
  • Prepare reports and documentation to support compliance monitoring and audits.
  • Handle incoming enquiries and escalate issues as appropriate.
  • Support continuous improvement of admin processes within the compliance team.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to workload management.
