A UK health service provider is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Child Health Information Service. The role involves accurate data input and effective communication with healthcare professionals to ensure timely sharing of information. Candidates should have at least 5 GCSEs and proficiency in Word and Excel. Experience in NHS admin is preferred. This position is based in Poundbury, Dorchester, and contributes to the health services for children and young people.
Job summary: This position is based in Poundbury, Dorchester, Dorset. Administrative Assistants within the Child Health Information Service work as part of a team to provide an efficient, effective, high quality and customer focused administrative and data input service which supports the delivery of health services to children and young people aged 0-19.
To ensure services objectives are met and that data quality is continuously improved.

Essential: Exam Grades 5 GCSE or Equivalent, Previous Admin Experience
Desirable: Grades 1 to 3 or A to C, Previous NHS Admin Experience
Essential: Qualification in Word and Excel
Desirable: Experience of SystmOne Computer system
