Brand new position for an Administrative Assistant supporting Greenwich Family Office. MUST also have bookkeeping / financial background—no exceptions! Support the CFO + 3 others in this prestigious global firm. Will manage calendar, organize accurate financial records including wires, track invoices, assist with payables and receivables, answer all phones, coordinate meetings and all logistics, process expense reports, arrange all travel for executives, and other diversified assignments.

Prefer familiarity with hedge funds or financial services environments. Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. 3 years of administrative assistant AND bookkeeping experience a must. 3 days in / 2 remote. $90K base salary, eligible for bonus. Full benefits in this thriving company.
