Overview

At The Trinity School, you will be working in our main school office and come into daily contact with our parents and staff. You should have administrative experience and possess excellent communication and customer service skills with a friendly, outgoing manner.

We are looking to appoint an Administrative Assistant to join our dedicated and successful school. You will play an active role in delivering efficient, effective administrative support, and you will come into contact with our parents and staff, so you will possess excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing manner.

This is a permanent, part-time role working 22.5 hours per week, on a term time only basis, Mondays to Wednesdays.

The Trinity Catholic School, a Voluntary Academy, is a successful secondary and sixth-form school located in Nottingham. We are an Ofsted rated Good School. As Administrative Assistant you will:

  • Have experience of working in a busy office.
  • Have excellent personal, administrative, and organisational skills.
  • Be able to plan and prioritise own workload, meeting set deadlines.

  • Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Generate excellent relationships with pupils, parents, and staff.
