Pro rata of £24,405 - £24,502 per annum (i.e. £11,872.70 - £11,919.89)
18 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Are you looking for that ideal, part time administrative role? As our Administrative Assistant, you will support our Adult and Community Learning programmes and undertake a range of administrative duties to support the work of the Adult and Community Learning curriculum team and the delivery of cross college initiatives.
As our Administrative Assistant, you will administer enquiries from staff, students, members of the public and external organisations as appropriate, maintaining excellent customer service at all times. With proven working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook, you will be required to produce regular reports from college systems and databases, and support the Adult Skills area in the production of accurate and timely reports.
We can also offer the development opportunity of a fully funded Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship course alongside your hours.
