Ison Harrison Solicitors is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant for their Business Support Team. This role, based in their city centre Leeds office, focuses on client interaction and general administrative tasks, requiring a professional demeanor and strong organizational skills. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment and contribute effectively to team efforts.
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrative Assistant for our Business Support Team in our city centre office. The role is very customer service focused, predominantly inputting new instructions onto the Case Management system and producing relevant letters and documents, answering and directing phone calls through the busy main telephone switchboard. Other main duties will include scanning, photocopying and archiving plus other general administrative duties. This role requires a candidate who is both professional and confident using the telephone and face to face as they will be speaking directly to our clients.
The successful candidate will also need to be a quick learner and accurate worker, able to follow instructions carefully while dealing with a high volume of work. They will be a team player with a flexible, ‘can-do’ attitude, capable once trained of using their own initiative and working pro-actively to meet the needs of the business.
Experience within an office environment is essential as we would ideally want the applicant to hit the ground running.
