️ Job Opportunity: Administrative Assistant
Location: Wimbledon, London
Type: Temporary to Permanent, Full-Time (Monday to Friday)
Pay: £13.00 - £17.00 per hour (DOE)
Start Date: ASAP


About the Role
We're working with a dynamic and growing organisation in Wimbledon that is looking for a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their day-to-day tasks and thrives in a busy, collaborative office environment.


What You'll Be Doing
As an Administrative Assistant, you'll be a key support to the wider team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:



  • Managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence

  • Maintaining and updating internal databases and filing systems

  • Scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes

  • Assisting with document preparation, formatting, and proofreading

  • Processing invoices, purchase orders, and expense claims

  • Supporting recruitment and HR administration, including onboarding paperwork

  • Ordering office supplies and managing stock levels

  • Liaising with internal departments and external suppliers

  • Providing ad hoc support to senior management and other departments

  • Ensuring all administrative processes are followed accurately and efficiently


What We're Looking For
Must-Haves:



  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn


Nice-to-Haves:



  • Experience with CRM systems or document management tools

  • Familiarity with HR or finance administration

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
