Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and versatile administrative assistant to join this growing company on a temporary basis.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be supporting various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the business.

This is a fully office-based role and you must be able to reach the site in Wantage each day.

Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. This role will start immediately, so candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.

Responsibilities:
  • Updating internal databases and systems
  • Generating reports and documentation
  • Supporting with scheduling and organizing meetings
  • Responding to email inquiries
  • Carrying out financial administrative tasks such as raising invoices and VAT
  • Supporting the wider team with any other administrative tasks as required
