Project Executive – Employee Engagement & Culture

Location: Uxbridge (Hybrid)

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £30,000 - 33,000

The Advocate Group is working on behalf of a global FMCG client to appoint a Project Executive to support their Engagement and Culture initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to help shape and deliver high-impact employee engagement and culture initiatives across the EMEA region.

In this role, you’ll support the execution of onboarding experiences, recognition programmes, and internal storytelling campaigns. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including HR, Marketing, and Creative to champion a bold, energetic, and connected culture.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and delivering internal engagement campaigns and events
  • Supporting onboarding experiences and milestone recognition programmes
  • Creating compelling content in partnership with internal communications and creative teams
  • Tracking KPIs and maintaining dashboards to support continuous improvement
  • Ensuring consistency and local relevance across the EMEA region
