Summary:

New Hall Hospital is one of Wiltshire's leading private hospitals with an excellent reputation for delivering high quality healthcare treatments and services. Situated in 14 acres of quiet, landscaped parkland two miles south of Salisbury, the Georgian Manor House was opened as a hospital in 1980 and currently has 32 patient beds.

By investing in advanced medical technology, the hospital offers a wide range of treatments and services. The fully equipped ultra clean air theatre suite is particularly suitable for orthopaedic procedures such as arthroscopy, hip and knee replacements. The day unit is suitable for minor operations and endoscopy.

The role:

We currently have a great opportunity for an experienced Administration Assistant to join our team at New Hall Hospital in Salisbury. You will provide exceptional administrative support across various departments within the hospital.

This busy role involves liaising with patients, consultants, and hospital staff. We seek a professional individual with excellent communication skills, initiative, teamwork ability, and adaptability. Proficiency in Word and Outlook is essential; experience with Electronic Patient Record systems is an advantage.

What you'll bring:

  • Maths/English GCSE or equivalent
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and oral
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including databases
  • Effective communication with colleagues and consultants
  • Positive attitude and self-motivation
  • Customer service skills and a proactive approach
