Are you a confident and experienced Administrative Assistant? West London College is seeking a proactive, highly organised and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team.

You’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth, efficient operations across our college departments, with a particular focus on exceptional service delivery, discretion, and organisation.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Delivering high-quality administrative support to the Executive Support and Administration teams
  • Managing schedules, documents, and correspondence with accuracy and speed
  • Maintaining internal systems and the college portal with up-to-date and well-organised information
  • Handling confidential matters with professionalism
  • Prioritising competing tasks and deadlines with calm efficiency
  • Working closely with staff across the college to support the delivery of high-quality education
What We’re Looking For
  • We’re looking for someone who brings a professional polish, proven administrative experience, and the confidence to support senior staff in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proven track record in a similar administrative role (education or public sector preferred)
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable using MS Office and digital systems for diary management, document creation, and data entry
  • Able to prioritise, multitask and stay organised in a busy environment
  • A helpful, positive, and professional attitude
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards
