We are looking for a customer-focused and goal-orientated individual to join our patient support team. We are looking for a driven individual who can work well under pressure, and be personable with clients. We are pioneers in breast thermography and we will provide training to become a full breast scan technician. Good telephone manner is essential. Key responsibilities:
Breast thermography scanning
Patient support (answering emails, and phone calls)
Booking appointments
Passing on patient queries to the doctor
Ordering medication/supplements
Assisting practice manager
You MUST have the following skills/experience -
• You should be a motivated self-starter, a quick learner, and someone who isn’t afraid of a challenge
• A minimum of 2 years experience in customer-facing roles
• A minimum of 1 year experience working in a medical environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication with first-rate attention to detail
• Clerical and administrative experience using computers including a working knowledge of simple database applications, word, excel, and email. Good typing speed.
• Post-secondary education will be advantageous
• A focus on good problem-solving skills
• Excellent organisational skills
Salary - 25,000 pro-rata
Working hours: Mon-Wednesday 8.30/9-5.30
Generous monthly bonus after passing the probation period (based on the clinic's performance)
Paid overtime hours
Extra holidays over Christmas holidays when the clinic is closed
