Salary Range: £23,160 - £23,881 (Pro Rata)

FTE: 0.2 (7 hours/week)

Term: Open Contract

The Learning in Later Life (3Ls) Students' Association, in collaboration with the Centre for Lifelong Learning, is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and proactive individual to deliver effective and efficient administrative support across its areas of work. Typical duties include dealing with enquiries from students and the general public, in person, by email and by telephone, assisting in the maintenance of database records and updating marketing and Association information available on web pages and in print. You should also be able to work accurately under pressure in a busy environment, manage specific tasks and be able to prioritise your workload as required. It is essential that you are competent in the use of Microsoft Office applications and are experienced in working with databases.

This appointment is for 7 hours per week, and it is anticipated that the hours of work will be split across two days.
