Overview

Administrative Assistant role at New Hall Hospital, Salisbury. Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Full-time, Monday to Friday 08:00-16:00. Salary: Depending on experience + Benefits.

New Hall Hospital is one of Wiltshire's leading private hospitals with an excellent reputation for delivering high quality healthcare treatments and services. Located in 14 acres of parkland just south of Salisbury, the facility has 32 patient beds and offers a range of treatments, including orthopaedic procedures in a fully equipped theatre suite and day unit for minor operations and endoscopy.

The role

We have a great opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join our team at New Hall Hospital, based in Salisbury. You will be an integral part of a team committed to delivering the highest quality outcomes in a supported environment, where you will be valued for your skills and expertise. The team is busy and seeks someone with proven high-quality customer service, a commitment to accuracy and timely delivery, and the ability to complete all tasks on a daily basis. You must be committed to upholding hospital policies and procedures and be fully IT proficient.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality customer service in a fast-paced hospital environment.
  • Support daily administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency to ensure all tasks are completed.
  • Uphold hospital policies and procedures and maintain IT proficiency in daily work.
  • Collaborate with team members to support patient care and administrative workflows.
