Role Description
This role is open to being full-time or part-time. The Administrative Assistant will handle day-to-day administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, managing phone calls, and maintaining organized records. The role involves providing executive administrative assistance, performing clerical duties, and ensuring effective communication within the office. The Administrative Assistant will also be responsible for supporting executive staff with various tasks as needed as per our industry.
Qualifications
Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
Proficiency in Clerical Skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office) is a plus
Ability to work effectively in an on-site role and collaborate with a team
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
