• Set up essential accounts for new employees
• Assign appropriate access levels based on job titles
• Remove accounts for departing employees
• Respond to user queries, including password and access issues
• Add new starters and updated roles to relevant email groups
• Assign mandatory and role-specific training
• Ensure accurate and precise data entry
