Admin Assistant – Commercial Property team - Manchester

This leading commercial property team of this award-winning law firm is looking for an admin assistant to support its real estate lawyers in carrying out their duties. Because of the nature of the role, the successful candidate will be required to attend the office five days per week.

Summary

  • Job title: Admin Assistant
  • Location: Manchester
  • Working pattern: Office-based only – the team require someone who can work in the office 5 days a week
  • Reports to: Partner
  • Previous Experience: Any experience working with commercial property or residential property would be useful, especially experience dealing with the land registry and post completion work.

Our client has one of the best commercial property teams in Manchester. The lawyers in the department advise a wide range of clients from large national corporates to private property investors. Examples of the work include:

  • Sale and purchase of large plots of commercial land
  • Landlord and tenant work

The Partners are especially keen to hire someone with post completion experience. You will deal with the Land Registry on a regular basis, whether ordering searches or title documentation. You will also be responsible for general tasks such as opening and closing files, photocopying, archiving, and offering whatever general support is required by fee earners.
