Job Description:

On behalf of our client, NRL, we are recruiting for an Admin Assistant to work in the Kingston Upon Thames area.

Purpose of the position: As an Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the HR Team. You will manage and support data entry activities for payroll purposes.

What are we looking for?

• Experience with Data Entry, Payroll, and Administrative Activities.
• IT skills: MS Office.

Activities include:

• Data entry for starters, leavers, pay rate changes on a monthly basis, answering queries.
• Processing expense claims.
• Supporting the Senior Payroll Officer with the Aberdeen Offshore Payroll by processing vessel timesheets into the HR system within deadlines.
• Monitoring timesheet submissions and reconciling the number of timesheets received against the Vessel Personnel on Board reports.
• Ensuring timesheet accuracy by sample checks of the days onboard as per reports and timesheets.
• Assisting with updating the Time & Attendance system.
• Supporting general Payroll Section duties on an ad hoc basis, including data collation for reporting.
