Administrative Assistant
Contract Length: - 12 months contract
Location: - Huddersfield
Rate: - £15.20 per hour PAYE

Role Description
A vacancy has arisen for an Administrative Assistant to join a main contractor that specialises in Rail, Construction and Civil Engineering.

Duties and responsibilities will include: -
-Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
-Support managers and employees through a variety of tasks
-Receive, sort, and distribute the mail.
-Maintain computer and manual filing systems.
-Travel arrangements, booking flights, cars, hotel etc.
-Order and maintain stationery and equipment supplies.
-Day to day management of M-site system (training given)
-Coordinate office procedures.
-Generate reports.
-Timely preparation of meeting rooms to ensure they are tidy and set up (excluding IT equipment), ready for meetings.
-Deal with maintenance issues/Ensure office equipment and services are carried out.
-Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
-Maintain databases.
-Carry out various other administrative duties.

Required experience: -
-Strong attention to detail
-Excellent time management
-Exceptional Communication and Customer Service Skills
-Strong record keeping skills.
-Good knowledge of operating IT systems i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
-Proven administration experience will be beneficial.
