Position Overview:

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide essential support a dynamic team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our department. Your expertise in administration, strong coordination skills, and dedication to top-tier customer service will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently provide administrative support, optimising departmental operations.
  • Perform a variety of tasks, including typing, filing, phone communication, scheduling, record keeping, and mail management.
  • Contribute to special projects involving data recording, compilation, retrieval, analysis, and reporting.
  • Exhibit a high level of autonomy and proficiency in administrative tasks.


Skills and Experience Required:

  • Exceptional IT skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.
  • Knowledge of SAP is preferable, but training can be provided.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
