We are seeking an experienced Clerical Assistant to provide support to the in-hours Management and Administrative Team for the Out of Hours (OOH) Service. You should have previous experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably within a team environment. Excellent organisational, communication, and inter-personal skills are essential.
This role reports to the Office Manager and involves administrative duties during normal hours to ensure the safe and effective delivery of the Out of Hours Services for NHS Tayside.
Applicants must possess a broad knowledge of general administrative and clerical skills and have a good understanding of the services provided by NHS Tayside OOH Service.
37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
