We are seeking an experienced Clerical Assistant to support the in-hours Management and Administrative Team for the Out of Hours (OOH) Service. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably within a team environment, and possess excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
This role reports to the Office Manager and involves undertaking administrative tasks during normal hours to ensure the safe and effective delivery of NHS Tayside's Out of Hours Services.
Applicants must have a broad knowledge of general administrative and clerical skills and a good understanding of the services provided by NHS Tayside OOH Service.
Hours of work: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
