The Lantern Community Primary School is seeking an enthusiastic and well organised administrative assistant. You will join a small office team, handle reception duties, greet visitors, answer emails and calls, input attendance and lunch orders, and manage pupil records including admissions dates and trips.
Hours are Thursday and Friday, 8am–4pm, term-time only (15 hours/week, 38 weeks/year), starting October 2026. Salary £8,428 actual, Meridian Trust Grade 3.

Your work will include reception duties, greeting visitors, answering email and telephone calls, inputting attendance and school lunch orders, managing pupil records including admissions date, overseeing arrangement for school trips and after school clubs plus general office duties.
