Play a vital role behind the scenes at a leading global law firm. At Clyde & Co, our five-tier legal support model ensures our legal teams are empowered to do what they do best — with robust support behind them. As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll be an essential part of this model, providing vital support to our Legal Support Assistants (LSAs) and Paralegals within the busy Healthcare team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is organised, proactive, and looking to grow their administrative career in a professional services environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be responsible for completing a high volume of administrative tasks each day (around 10 on average, depending on experience). Typical duties include:

  • Uploading invoices from experts to Chrome River
  • Uploading documents to CMS and DTS systems
  • Emailing documents to Trusts and GPs
  • Sending letters of instruction and enclosures to experts via Box
  • Downloading and saving medical records and radiology reports
  • Password-protecting documents and assisting with electronic filing
  • Providing general administrative support to the legal team

You’ll be working closely with a friendly and committed support team that handles upwards of 100 tasks daily — your contribution will truly make a difference.

The admin assistant role is vital to maintain manageable workloads and morale within the team. Without this support, task volumes would become unsustainable, especially given the high task-to-staff ratio.
