The role:

The Cherwell Hospital operates in a Hub & Spoke model with Blakelands Hospital in Milton Keynes. We are looking to recruit an experienced hospital administrator who is able to focus on driving referrals across NHS & Private referral streams. This role will suit an excellent communicator, who is also a gifted problem solver with an ability to undertake analysis of our current utilisation and translate that into a positive patient and consultant experience.

We currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administration Team Leader with sales focus on increasing referrals across NHS & Private referral streams, through consultant engagement and undertaking analysis of activity in order to maximise revenue generation.

You will have great communication and interpersonal skills and will be able o negotiate and liaise effectively within a team-based environment to ensure that the hospital delivers a systematic, efficient and confident service.
