Qualifications

  • Experience in administration and driving referrals in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Sales or Marketing experience is welcome but not required.

The role:

The Cherwell Hospital operates in a Hub & Spoke model with Blakelands Hospital in Milton Keynes. We are looking to recruit an experienced hospital administrator who can focus on driving referrals across NHS & Private referral streams. This role suits an excellent communicator, a gifted problem solver, with the ability to analyze current utilization and enhance patient and consultant experience.

We currently offer an opportunity for an experienced Administration Team Leader with a sales focus on increasing referrals through consultant engagement and activity analysis to maximize revenue.

You will need great communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to negotiate and liaise effectively within a team to ensure systematic, efficient, and confident service delivery.
