Job overview

We are looking for an experienced administrator to provide business support to the Primary Care Manager and HMP Berwyn Health and Wellbeing Service, developing and maintaining effective systems and processes to support the effective running of the service.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will be responsible for developing and building a support function that is efficient and effective to the needs and demands of a changing service.

Qualifications
  • Degree in Business Administration or equivalent level of experience
  • ILM L3 in Leadership & Management
  • Evidence of recent CPD
Experience
  • Experience of managing a team including appraisal, performance management and sickness.
  • Detailed knowledge and understanding of procedures, the structure, policies, plans, regulations, management and operational procedures of the Organisation.
  • Experience of using SystmOne
