You will be required to provide accounts payable assistance and administration support to internal and external customers. Other duties will include telephone support, checking of incoming and outgoing prisoner mail, data entry and general administration. You will enjoy working collaboratively as one team in a challenging and fast paced environment, be able to multitask, remain adaptable, follow and adhere to policies and procedures, and have sound judgement in prioritising tasks, maintaining confidentiality and meeting deadlines. Your ability to shift gears easily will help you as will good levels of resilience. Our admin team are here to help our frontline staff focus on frontline duties and you will work closely with your peers, colloborating and pitching in where needed.
