Job description

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual with excellent customer service skills to join our Burma Bacon site.

The Administration Support Officer will be responsible for providing efficient administrative assistance across multiple departments. This role involves various administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Your organisational skills will be key to helping our team stay on track and achieve success.

Administration Support Officer Requirements:
  1. Monthly statement reconciliation
  2. Weekly/Monthly Reports
  3. Maintaining filing systems - tidy and up to date
  4. Marking delivery notes
  5. Payment allocations
  6. Liaising with internal and external customers, suppliers, and other Dalziel sites
  7. Requesting and saving supplier documents, ensuring no documents are missing and all are in date
  8. Adherence to food safety rules/processes
  9. Matching purchase orders and supplier delivery notes to relevant invoices
  10. Contacting suppliers to dispute invoice queries

The Role:

Monday 06:00 - 15:30

Tuesday - Thursday 07:30 - 15:30

Friday 07:30 - 14:00

37.5 hours per week
