A property management company is seeking an Administration Support Officer to join their compliance team. The role involves administering regulatory instructions, monitoring supplier performance, and using Excel to analyze compliance data. Are you detail-oriented, organised, and confident using Excel-especially VLOOKUPs? We're looking for a proactive Administration Support Officer to join our compliance team at Residential Management Group and help ensure regulatory legal requirements are met efficiently and accurately.
37.5 hours per week - a 7.5 hour shift between 8 AM and 6 PM - we offer flexible working hours around these times
You will be based at our offices in Northwich, CW9 7LN. This is a hybrid role consisting of 4 days per week in the office and 1 from home. Initially you will be asked to work 5 days per week in the office until training is completed
