What you'll do

The experience you'll need

To be considered for this role, demonstrate the following in your application:

  • Provide effective administration support for the Onboard team, including:
    • Arranging hearings and meetings, taking minutes.
    • Organizing medicals and maintaining records.
    • Liaising with procurement and Area Managers on orders.
    • Issuing equipment, uniforms, and briefing notes.
    • Maintaining document filing systems.
    • Producing weekly timesheets for payroll.
    • Handling correspondence.
    • Updating notice boards and supporting disruption roster production.
    • Supporting performance investigations and intranet maintenance.
    • Covering team absences as directed.
Where will I work?

This role is 3 days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday) based at Ashford.

Additional experience required

Demonstrate:

  • Experience in an administrative support role.
  • Proficiency in IT systems, including Word, Excel, and databases.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with accuracy.
  • Extensive note-taking experience.
  • Experience managing diaries and booking rooms and events.
