Job description

The supervisor plays a pivotal role in co-ordinating unreported work to ensure that potential risks to sustaining targets and standards are identified and remedial actions are taken promptly.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

This is a permanent position with a shift pattern from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

The Diagnostic Directorate is seeking a full-time Supervisor for the Allocating Team based at Stobhill. The role may require working in other GGC imaging departments based on service needs.

The supervisor is responsible for coordinating unreported work within GG&C Imaging to identify potential risks to targets and standards and to implement remedial actions as needed. Ideally, the candidate should have a working knowledge of Imaging and internal targets to select appropriate cases for outsourcing.

The ideal candidate will have experience with advanced Excel and the ability to forecast potential risks to targets and standards to enable timely remedial actions.
