A leading healthcare organization is seeking a full-time Supervisor for the Allocating Team in Glasgow. The ideal candidate will have experience in imaging, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to manage risks effectively. This permanent role includes a shift pattern from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, ensuring a balanced work-life routine while serving the community.
The supervisor plays a pivotal role in co-ordinating unreported work to ensure that potential risks to sustaining targets and standards are identified and remedial actions are taken promptly.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:

The Diagnostic Directorate is seeking a full-time Supervisor for the Allocating Team based at Stobhill. The role may require working in other GGC imaging departments based on service needs.
The supervisor is responsible for coordinating unreported work within GG&C Imaging to identify potential risks to targets and standards and to implement remedial actions as needed. Ideally, the candidate should have a working knowledge of Imaging and internal targets to select appropriate cases for outsourcing.
The ideal candidate will have experience with advanced Excel and the ability to forecast potential risks to targets and standards to enable timely remedial actions.
