Churchill Estates Management has an exciting opportunity for a Legal Administration Supervisor to join the Legal Administration team, based in Ringwood.

About the role

Our Legal Administration team provides comprehensive administrative and customer support to Homeowners and their families, ensuring that services related to leasehold property purchases, resales, and lettings are managed professionally and promptly.

As the Legal Administration Supervisor, you will oversee the fair distribution of workflow within the team and assist in liaising with solicitors, Land Registry, and other external parties. You will provide specialist support for escalating complex matters and produce ad-hoc reports as needed.

Your background knowledge in conveyancing and leasehold matters will help you review and streamline current procedures to maximize the department’s capabilities, ensuring all guidance is clear, accurate, and compliant with industry standards.

You will focus on your continuous professional development to stay updated with current legislation, be alert to changes, and ensure Churchill remains compliant with regulators (RICS / NAEA). You will communicate and embed these changes within the team.

As the Supervisor, you will support various administrative tasks, manage the team including recruitment, training, performance reviews, and coaching, and model best practices.

This role is based in Ringwood, with full-time hours: Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 17:30 and Friday from 09:00 to 17:00.

About you

To succeed, you should have proven experience in conveyancing, preferably within the leasehold market, and a background in legal administration.

Ideally, you are an experienced administrator and supervisor capable of managing and developing people confidently, maintaining high team motivation, and providing reliable, credible advice and feedback.

You should have a track record of delivering excellent administrative service, be highly organized with excellent attention to detail, and possess strong written and spoken English skills.
