Crystalight Ltd are a busy property management and investment business working on construction projects, planning, finance, and daily operations.

This is not a typical admin job.

They're looking for someone who:

* Enjoys juggling lots of different tasks in a fast-paced environment.

* Stays organised and calm under pressure.

* Solves problems creatively and thinks ahead.

* Suited to a role where there's little small talk and the focus is on getting things done.

* Is eager to learn about all aspects of running a property business.

Your Role Will Include:

* Handling varied admin tasks across multiple projects, finance, and planning.

* Chasing quotes, following up emails, and liaising with contractors.

* Typing up voice notes, booking travel, and managing diaries.

* Monitoring WhatsApp groups for site progress.

* Comparing prices for materials.

* Maintaining a large tropical fish tank: feeding fish, testing water, and handling safe, non-corrosive water treatments.

* Solving last-minute issues, from rescheduling appointments to troubleshooting IT issues.

* Finding previous project records and architectural plans when needed.

* Keeping the office running smoothly, including supplies and security.

About You

* Fast, adaptable, and detail-focused.

* Great written and verbal communication.

* Comfortable working independently and prioritising tasks.

* IT-literate (MS Office, email, WhatsApp).

* This role is ideal for someone who wants variety, responsibility, and a chance to learn the inner workings of a property business. No two days are ever the same!
