Are you a skilled and adaptable administrator looking for an exciting opportunity in an education environment?

We are seeking two highly organised administrators to support our education teams here at St Elizabeths. Working closely with the Office Manager and leadership team, you will provide and an efficient and effective front of house administration service to develop the way we monitor and track our learner data.

Within This Role You Will

  • Provide day-to-day admin support, responding to enquiries from all staff groups, parents and families as well as external agencies and local authorities.
  • Schedule and attend key meetings, take minutes and distribute paperwork to the relevant areas.
  • Maintain and develop information systems and databases to ensure they are established, implemented and utilised effectively.
  • Extract, collate and summarise data to prepare verbal, written and statistical reports or returns.

About You

The successful candidates will be experienced administrators with an excellent understanding of office systems and databases. Strong Excel skills and experience working within an educational environment would be advantageous. This is a busy and varied role, so you will need to be organised, excellent at multi-tasking and able to work flexibly with a positive can do attitude.

A key part of this role is to be able to communicate effectively at all levels as you will be liaising with colleagues across the service, parents or family members of the people we support, as well as our lovely learners, so it is essential that you have strong interpersonal skills.
