Administration Officer - Grappenhall Heys Community Primary
The role

Grappenhall Heys is a vibrant and popular school, which is continuing to grow from a one-form entry to two-form entry to serve new housing developments in the local area. Our school was inspected by Ofsted in February 2025 and was judged to be Outstanding in all areas.

The Governing Body would like to appoint a highly motivated and caring Administration Officer to join our wonderful staff team.

Hours / Working Pattern 27.5 hours per week term time only from September 2025 (9:00 - 2:30pm) Grade 4

We are looking for someone who:

Is an effective communicator with attention to detail and ability to manage their own workload and use initiative

Has high expectations of themselves and others and is able to work effectively within a team

Will engage in all aspects of school life supporting the values and ethos of the school

Has excellent interpersonal skills and be able to develop effective relationships with pupils, parents and the wider school community.
