Job Description:

We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our client, based in Belfast, as a full-time Administrator. This is a long-term temporary position.

Our client is Northern Ireland’s leading public sector employer.

Administrator Pay Rate:

£12.97 per hour

Administrator hours of work:
  • Monday to Friday
  • 37 hours with a rota between 8 am - 8 pm
Job Duties:

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Using the telephone as the primary means of customer contact through inbound and outbound calls
  • Supporting customers by delivering quality service, communicating clearly, providing accurate information, and resolving queries or processing changes in personal circumstances
  • Taking personal accountability for customer interactions
  • Considering each case holistically and making appropriate decisions
  • Providing clear explanations for decisions
  • Maintaining professionalism and respect in customer interactions
  • Adapting behavior to meet the needs of diverse customers
  • Maintaining clerical and electronic records

Sickness/Absence:

Full attendance during training is essential. Emergency leave will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
