Job Role: Administration Officer

Location: HMP Leyhill, Tortworth Rd, Wotton-Under-Edge, GL12 8BT

Salary: £27,945.35

Contract: Temporary (FTC until end of March 2026) - Full Time - 39hrs per week - Mon-Fri

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Administration Officer to join our team at HMP Leyhill, an open adult male prison. You will work alongside experienced colleagues across various trades and support functions, contributing to a safe and secure environment.

Team Environment

Join a supportive team that works Monday to Friday, fostering a family-like atmosphere dedicated to making a positive difference. Our Facilities Maintenance Team ensures the smooth and safe operation of the prison, impacting prisoners, staff, visitors, and the wider community.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize a variety of IT systems including CAFM
  • Manage administrative tasks in a busy office environment
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Maintain up-to-date First Aid qualifications
